Adam began his career as an apprentice electrician, developing a strong technical foundation and practical understanding of electrical systems before progressing into engineering roles within the fire and security sector. This hands-on experience has shaped his approach to leadership, with a deep appreciation for technical excellence, compliance, and the realities of delivery on site.
With over 20 years in the UK fire and security industry, he has built his career on delivering safe, compliant, and technically robust solutions, while developing strong client relationships and high-performing teams.
As Managing Director, he leads the strategic and operational performance of Clearway Technology, with a focus on sustainable growth, service excellence, and consistent delivery. He works closely with engineering, compliance, and service teams to ensure projects and maintenance contracts are delivered right first time, aligned with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and long-term system performance.
His experience spans the delivery and management of integrated fire and security solutions, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, remote monitoring, and wider electronic security infrastructure. He has a particular interest in system integration, compliance, cyber-aware security design, and data-led service delivery in creating resilient, future-ready environments.
Adam believes strong leadership is about clear direction, accountability, and empowering people to perform at their best, while keeping customer outcomes at the centre of every decision.
