What an amazing job Clearway did.
At the start, no-one thought the place would clean up as well as it did. This was the worst mouse infestation I have seen in 22 years at the Council.
Massive thanks to all the team concerned. The results had to be seen to be believed and the before and after pictures really do not do justice to the completed job. Just wanted to say a really big ‘Thank you’ not only to you for all your help on this case but also to the operatives that you sent. Both were amazing over the two days that they were there with me, and very helpful. They had the resident working with them and played a massive part in getting this resolved after six years of her not complying.
I just wanted to give some positive feedback about the two gentleman who carried out this job yesterday. They were both excellent and myself and the tenant were very happy with the work they did and also their attitude and approach to working with the resident, who was embarrassed about condition of his home environment.
They both worked incredibly hard and myself and the resident thought they did an excellent job, the results from the cleaning and tidying are wonderful and the resident has said today he “feels so happy that his home is so much nicer now”.
I also thought they both had a really caring and understanding approach with the resident, they made sure to introduce themselves and explain what they would be doing at the start, they kept him informed throughout what they were doing and involved him in the whole process. They were respectful and polite and happy to answer his questions and made him feel at ease, and they helped turn what could have been a difficult process into a pleasant experience – despite his initial reluctance and anxiety, he said he’s glad the work was done.

In an area of having no experience in the provisions required, Clearway came in to see us, we found them to be professional and highly experienced. Also the benefit of Clearway having their own in house NSI Monitoring Station was a huge benefit to us as a business.
The commercial CCTV installation was of a high level and completed on time, the engineering team were polite and courteous, and provided full training on the systems.
Having no existing provisions on a large warehouse, we required a full solution for our Security ensuring we had cover for Fire, theft and protection of the building and its contents.
I have worked closely with Clearway over the past 3 years, since Clearway were recommended to us by one of our clients.
Our tenants were leaving gates open and people were parking up on site, making a mess and playing loud music. Clearway ensured the premises was secured and had no unauthorised vehicles or people on site. Having a presence on site ensured no more unauthorised visitors, the service was a must and Clearway did this to a high standard. Any problems we had Clearway accommodated our needs, excellent customer service all round.
Our electric fence kept failing and people were trying to steal the plant equipment. Clearway were highly recommended by some of our customers who use them, their response was remarkably quick. Clearway patrolled the site initially then had a manned guard on site to protect the plant equipment. Not having to call out our staff members to the site was a great benefit, cannot fault the service Clearway provided.
