Thanks to his vigilance and leadership, what could have escalated into a serious incident was effectively contained and neutralised. This level of preparedness, accountability, and professionalism is exactly what defines an exceptional security leader.

Throughout that time Billy Reid has been the Account Manager that I have dealt with. Billy has provided me with excellent service and advice and always ensured our hires have gone smoothly.
Clearway have provided me with a wireless alarm and monitoring for a vacant property in Aberdeen. The system incorporated video detectors and allowed me to check any alarms remotely when activated.
In the main, I have used Clearway’s CCTV towers and remote monitoring systems. The towers are solar powered with a battery back-up. I had 3 of these towers deployed in the Shetland Isles for 9 months, and in that time I think they only required one battery change, which surprised me given the cloud coverage. I have also used the towers in remote sites in Scotland where no mains power is accessible and the towers have in the main worked off the solar power and not needed the battery back up.

In an area of having no experience in the provisions required, Clearway came in to see us, we found them to be professional and highly experienced.  Also the benefit of Clearway having their own in house NSI Monitoring Station was a huge benefit to us as a business.

The commercial CCTV installation was of a high level and completed on time, the engineering team were polite and courteous, and provided full training on the systems.
