Clearway was proud to support the Prologis UK 100 Challenge 2026, which brought together hundreds of people from across the property and logistics sector for a day of physical challenges and fundraising.
Held at Billesley Manor near Stratford-upon-Avon on 10 September, the event saw participants choose between a 100-mile cycle, a 100km cycle and a 100-furlong hike – all in support of four fantastic charities.
Among the 246 people taking part was Clearway Senior Client Director Paul Delany, who pulled on his walking boots to tackle the 100-furlong hike.

An incredible £120,000 raised
The challenge delivered an outstanding fundraising result, with £120,286.01 raised so far through event sponsorship, raffle proceeds and JustGiving donations.
The money raised will support four charities:
- LandAid, helping to tackle youth homelessness
- Age UK Solihull, supporting older people in the local community
- Parkinson’s UK, supporting people affected by Parkinson’s and funding vital research
- UCLH Charity, supporting patients, staff and research at University College London Hospitals
Representatives from LandAid, Parkinson’s UK and Age UK Solihull also joined participants on the day, sharing more about their work and the difference the funds raised will make.

Clearway proud to play its part
Clearway was delighted to support the Prologis UK 100 Challenge with a donation towards the four chosen charities, as well as cheering on Paul as he completed the hike.
Bringing together people from across the industry for a shared cause, the Prologis 100 is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through collaboration, determination and a commitment to supporting communities.
We’re incredibly proud of Paul for putting in the miles and representing Clearway – and of everyone who took part in this year’s challenge.
A huge congratulations to Paul, Prologis UK and all 246 participants on an outstanding achievement.
With more than £120,000 already raised, there is still an opportunity to help push the total even higher.
