In response to the coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to explain what we’re doing to maintain service continuity.
Whilst ensuring that our entire staff remain safe, healthy and fully functional, we will continue to run our operations with as little disruption as possible, doing our best to ensure the usual availability, quality and speed of our service for you.
With this in mind, we have taken the decision to not carry out any work in a tenanted property. We will, of course, contact you again should this change.
Our infrastructure is capable of supporting remote working for all office-based staff and our essential external teams will take all necessary steps and precautions to minimise human contact whilst still providing effective and efficient service delivery.
As things change and evolve, we will keep you informed but we’d like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in the event of occasional delays, given the extraordinary nature of the situation.
