In response to the coronavirus pandemic, we continue to do what we can to maintain service continuity.

Whilst ensuring that our entire staff remain safe, healthy and fully functional, our Operations runs with as little disruption as possible, enabling us to ensure the usual availability, quality and speed of our service for you.

As needs require, our infrastructure remains capable of supporting remote working for all office-based staff, and our essential external teams will take all necessary steps and precautions to minimise human contact whilst still providing effective and efficient service delivery.

Working in tenanted properties:
As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, our decision to carry out work in tenanted properties will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

We will keep you informed of any further changes, but we would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in the event of occasional delays, given the extraordinary nature of the situation.
