The Clearway Eviction Team were appointed to attend a busy a popular shopping area in North London, following a number of caravans accessing the site and refusing to leave.

The retail park operating with more than 8 stores, services and restaurants reported several caravans had parked on one of the retail car parks and were refusing to leave.
Outcome
Enforcement Agents attended the park and served Notice on the subjects. Due to the time of the trespass and in consideration of all parties, it was agreed that Clearway would place a security unit during the hours of darkness in a monitoring capacity. The Enforcement Agents would attend the following morning to commence with the eviction.
The Eviction Team re-attended the following morning and within three hours, our officers had successfully and peacefully removed 7 caravans, all vehicles and associated adults from the clients property.
