The client is a UK leading specialist manager of multi-let commercial property provides property management services through a network of 10 UK regional offices. Managing assets of £2.7bn+ extending to over 47.0 million square feet of retail, industrial and office property.

Case Study

Our client instructed Clearway to carry out a secure lock change on an end of tenancy handover. To ensure a smooth transition and security of the property whilst void, Clearway was requested to provide a short term K9 unit security cover for the premises.

Outcome

Our security operative was positioned on site for one week with regular perimeter checks carried out and regular reports being provided to keep our office and client updated throughout the period of cover.

Upon completion of the security instruction a full report and photographs confirming a secure site were provided to our client as standard procedure. Our client was extremely pleased with the service that had been provided and the peace of mind this cover had given the landlord.
