We were approached to assist with a security issue at a vacant commercial property in Bath city centre. With shorter daylight hours during winter the client wanted to ensure their asset was effectively protected. The brief was to reinstate the intruder alarm and connect it to our NSI Gold II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
Alarm system with no code

Our engineer found the alarm was not set and no code available to reactivate it, so a complete reset of the system was actioned and a full test completed. A detailed report on its functionality was created for the client and for our records.
We installed a dual com unit to provide mobile connectivity into our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) so that the system could be remotely monitored, allowing our ARC to receive alerts from the system 24/7/365.
Our last task was to perform a ‘walk test’ with the team at the ARC to check that the system was configured and responding correctly.
Protection 24/7

The client now has an asset that is protected 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and can rest assured that any intrusions into the property will be dealt with swiftly by our monitoring operatives based at our NSI Gold II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
