The Client

One of the largest retailers in the UK were having some difficulties with moving some homeless individuals on from their site, and after working together on previous cases – they knew that Clearway would be effective in providing a solution.

Case Study

Within 90 minutes of instruction, we were able to have two enforcement officers engaging with the individuals and diffusing otherwise what could have been a volatile situation in a very busy public area.

The individuals collected their belongings and moved on, providing huge satisfaction for the retailer and their security. Our Enforcement Officers always strive to go above and beyond to ensure repeats of similar events do not occur – with this – the Enforcement Officers inspected the area and remained in situ to ensure no immediate return.

Outcome

The client was extremely happy with the outcome and has had no further issues.
