The Client

Clearway Enforcement Agents were busy this week supporting a client who reported multiple vehicles and caravans from a busy business park.

Case Study

Clearway Enforcements Agents were quickly in-attendance and commenced with the eviction process, serving the Notice of Trespass and engaging with the subjects on-site. On arrival our experienced Enforcement Team created a controlled entry exercise, preventing further unauthorised vehicles and caravans attempting to enter the business park, whilst enabling the local business tenants to enter and leave the site.

Outcome

Throughout the eviction process, our Recovery Team provided regular updates and once the site was confirmed clear, Clearway positioned a Security Dog Unit on the entrance point for 24 hours, as a prevention measure.
