On Wednesday afternoon we were delighted to receive a phone call from a new client enquiry about our Common Law Eviction services. Our client advised she was calling from one of the top-ranking commercial property agencies in the west-midlands. After a concise overview of our services and costs, the client was happy to utilise our professional services. Within a moment, the correct forms and notices were being completed to get the action underway.

Clearway are experts at highlighting specific areas that could otherwise be overlooked so in anticipation of any gates/security to the entrance of the site, the enforcement team and client were able to share intel that would create a smooth operation for our agents as they were en-route to the scene.
We found that our enforcement agents were chasing the sun on this occasion, so to reassure the client that the site would be secure throughout the remainder of the day, we dispatched a K9 unit to patrol overnight. As usual, our K9 unit worked with maximum effect, the travellers stayed within their caravans and zero issues were reported. Our team arrived back on site in the early hours of the morning to find the travellers packing their belongings and getting ready to move on.
Outcome
The client was thrilled to arrive at their desk the next morning to find reports of the travellers vacating their site.
