The Client

Our client, one of the UK’s leading property management companies instructed Clearway to attend one of their tenanted sites due to reports of illegal trespassers.

Case Study

Our agents were dispatched immediately and were on site within two hours of instruction. Our agents served notice and cleared the site within 30 minutes.

Our agents checked the parameters and surrounding areas to ensure the entire area was now clear.

Whilst completing the checks the offending vehicles had moved on to another tenanted business park in the vicinity.

Outcome

This was reported to our operations team who were able to contact the site management, who immediately instructed us to proceed to remove the offending vehicles.
