The Client

A Canada-based global commercial real estate services organisation with approximately 15,000 employees in more than 400 offices in 68 countries. The firm provides services to commercial real estate users, owners, investors and developers; they include consulting, corporate facilities, investment services, landlord and tenant representation, project management, urban planning, property and asset management, and valuation and advisory services.

Case Study

The client contacted Clearway to request assistance in resecuring a commercial premises post tenant vacation and disposing of all goods/assets through Public Auction.

Outcome

Clearway deployed an Enforcement Agent and locksmith to the premises within 24 hours of instruction and resecured the premises. The Enforcement Agent completed a full site inspection and detailed inventory for the purpose of asset disposal under a Torts Notice.

The client also requested that Clearway complete a deep-clean of the premises. The property was professionally cleaned and handed back to the client for marketing within a four week period.
