Technology is the engine that runs our business. To date we have made an enormous investment in providing hardware and software technology to support our evolving logistics programme. Our computer centre operates 24 hours a day supporting more than 100 users daily. Transport, inventory, warehousing, administration, fleet control and quality management are controlled and integrated through this technology.

Reporting: Bespoke reports are provided to our customers on a regular basis falling in line with their own requirements. However, a sample of some of the reporting that we can do on behalf of our customers is detailed below:

Distribution of reports: Reporting can be sent electronically, can be automated so reports go straight out to customers, sent to individuals and sent to email groups. Customers are given access to secure areas of our website where reports can be produced and downloaded.

Enquiries: Enquiries can be made on our stock system which can provide customers with full visibility of inventory at all times. Some of the enquiries that we can respond to relatively quickly are as follows:
