Online PODs & Invoicing
Customers can either view the information online or download copies in PDF format.
We can also automate this process and have all invoices and proof of deliveries sent to you electronically either via email or integrated directly in to your back end systems.
Proof of deliveries are available within 60 seconds of a delivery being made to your customer via the signature capture facility on the PDA. Copies of your original paperwork with signatures are scanned and available on line by midday the following day although very often these are available earlier as the scanning is done overnight.
Any deliveries sent via the Palletline network will also comply with the above timescales with all Palletline members also having electronic signature capture solutions in cab and a commitment to have all paperwork scanned and uploaded by midday the following day.
