Online Job Creation

Our customers have the ability to enter traffic jobs online ? this saves on duplicate entry and mistakes made by misreading poor quality faxes.

Once you have entered your job online you can see the status of the job in real time and view signatures and delivery information from one single interface.

The online utility also creates barcoded pallet notes. This is particularly useful if we collect the stock from your premises for onward delivery. If the product is brought in to one of our warehouses for cross docking, our warehouse management system will be aware of the load number and destination of your pallets. This minimises the risk of loading errors and ensures your customers receive the correct product.

For customers with higher volume, we can also provide the ability to upload a file created by your system to automatically import the jobs or we can interface directly in to your back end systems.
